Living Room Updates

Yesterday I posted about my NEW rug from Mohawk Home and how it completely changed the look of my living room. Today I am here to show you the full reveal of our space. Somehow I feel like my new rug just completely transformed the room. What do you think??

You might also notice a new chair! This little beauty was a thrift shop find that I recently gave a little makeover. More on that in the next few weeks!

And of course little Bailey had to stop by for a visit as well. Actually to tell you the truth, I'm surprised I was able to find enough photos for this post without Bailey in them! She tends to be very interested any time I set up a photo shoot. It's ok though, I don't mind having this adorable company while I work;)

Isn’t it amazing how a rug can totally change the look of a room? It looks great and that chair looks very Restoration Hardware!

Your rug has given the room a lift and blends with the natural wood in the coffee table and accessories around such as the antlers. I love how you have brought the colour into your sofa with a mohair throw. All looks lovely and I do love your photos so much.

I have my new camera for my blog and so excited, I have been snapping like mad and have a lovely NZ interior to feature next week and maybe soon some shots of my own home. There is so much to learn with blog photography when you don’t know the camera, I have to do course pretty quickly on how to use a DSLR.

Thank you for sharing your gorgeous home.

The red roses and boxes (especially the striped box) are lovely. Wonder if my littles are big enough to leave the coffee table pretties alone?

    Thanks for the inspiration!

I’m thinking of changing my wall color from blonde to a warm gray, what paint color did you use in your livingroom? It’s great!
